NOTE:

To avoid traffic congestion do not use Hwy. 76 to exit at Branson. Instead, use the alternate routes as marked by arrows. From the North, use EE to 160 and on down, or 248 to Shepherd of the Hills Expressway and on out. From the South, use 265 across Table Rock Dam and on over. From the West, use 265 from I-44 at Mt. Vernon.

Marina Inn Resort and Condost is located 3 miles off Hwy. 76 on Lake Road 76-60 (also known as Indian Point Road). We are on the east side of the road, just past the entrance to the Corp of Engineers Indian Point Recreation Area.
